Hello! It's the starting of the 3rd week of 5th grade.
We are getting into all the learning and things.
We got our math groups today. Our whole class split up into groups to go to different math teachers. I say: There is no higher or lower math class.
We all learn math at a different paste.
It's ok, though. Everyone is good at math.
I am going to join 5th grade girls basketball this year. I'm a little nervous. Because I haven't ever been on a basketball team. But I do know how to play. So, that's good. Right?
I, for some reason like peace signs just like my friend Olivia. She LOVES turtles. And her dream earings are turtles with peace signs on them. Hopefully she will get those. The shells of the turtles would have peace signs on them! I think peace signs are cool, though. I don't know why, but they just are! But that is my opinion. Olivia even has peace signs on her backpack.
Anyways, my birthday is coming up! I am so exited for it!
Ahhh, oh, and did you see the VMA's? Taylor Swift deserved that award. And everyone else was great, but this was HER momemt. And that guy came up and said "I'm happy for you, but Beyonce had one of the best music videos of all time." Can you believ that?

Curse that Kanye West! He completely embarrassed himself at the end because Beyonce won best video of the year at the end. He's been apoligizing to Taylor all week!
ReplyDeleteI agree peace signs are cool, but they're not my favorite symbol. I think hearts and stars are my faves. Especially the Converse star, of course. :)
Don't worry, out of the many basketball teams I've been on, they're tough at first, but soon they're easy as pie once you get to know your teammates, the plays that the coaches run, the routine of the practices and games, and just having fun!
