Back-to-School Shopping

Yes, it's that time.

I went back to school shopping yesterday. Now all I need is a box of crayons. Haha. :)

It brings back memories, and thoughts. When I went back to school shopping, I thought about the 261 days until the next summer break.

I wasn't ecstatic about that. But, I did get an awesome pink and black three ring- three inch binder that I actually had to get according to the school list.

Anyways, the thing is, this summer went by so fast for me. I am excited to see all my friends again. And excited to start fresh this year. I hope to get straight-A's this year.

Oh yeah, and also, I started thinking about how this year is the last first day of school at White Pine. I love White Pine. But, I'm just going to have to go to JUNIOR HIGH! That has much better school food... so I hear.

That doesn't mean I won't miss White Pine, though.

This week I went to etiquette class. It was fun. We learned how to use proper table manners at formal dinners... that was fun. We made thank you notes, and learned how to walk with confidence.

At the end of the week, we had a five-course meal at a country club with Mrs. Evan's boy's class. (Mrs. Evans is the teacher of the class)

We walked into the room with our dinner table with the boys. We had to talk to them, and ask them questions. It was fun. The food was very good. :) We had bread, soup, salad, main course, and desert! By the end of the night I was full!
